Terms of Service for Good Feels

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Good Feels, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any revised Terms.
3. Collection and Use of Personal Information
3.1. When you sign up or use our services, we may collect personal information such as your email address and SMS text number.
3.2. We use this information to communicate with you, provide you with updates, offer and improve our services, and for the other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
3.3. Our Privacy Policy describes potential data licensing for research and AI development, the information and recipients involved, exclusions, and your privacy choices. Any use or disclosure remains subject to that policy, applicable law, and required notices and permissions.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including its disclosures about data licensing, research, and AI development. These Terms do not waive your privacy rights, replace any notice or affirmative consent required by law, or retroactively authorize uses inconsistent with promises made when information was collected.
3.4. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices and the privacy choices that may be available to you and is incorporated into these Terms.
3.5. Global Search for METRC
Good Feels may introduce new features and data practices in future versions of Global Search for METRC. Before enabling a new practice, we will describe the data involved, its purposes, recipients, retention, and user choices in the extension’s privacy policy and other required disclosures, and obtain any required consent. Collection and use must comply with applicable law and Chrome Web Store policies. This provision does not authorize undisclosed collection or unrestricted use of extension data.
Version 1.0.7 sends no extension data to Good Feels. Its existing practices are described in the Global Search for METRC privacy policy. For extension data, that specific policy controls over conflicting general data-use provisions in these Terms. Future changes to these Terms do not by themselves authorize new uses of previously obtained data.
4. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and any transmission is at your own risk.
5. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree not to misuse them or assist others in doing so. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Good Feels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
