The paper also reported that the location was already operating as a medical marijuana dispensary and that regulators approved adult-use cultivation and manufacturing in Plymouth. On its website, the retailer says products are cultivated, processed and curated at its Plymouth facility. That combination helps explain the location’s particular identity: the company presents Plymouth as both a customer-facing store and a production base.
