At that stage, the business was looking toward a spring opening, and the reported plan called for roughly 12 weeks of buildout after permits were secured. The account also said the entrance and exit would be separate from those of other businesses in the building and that the location met the required parking amount. These are historical planning-stage details, but they show how the Second Street proposal was presented during permitting.
