By October 2021, Telegram & Gazette reported that Heirloom Collective participated in a Worcester Cannabis Community Farmers Market and identified a Hadley dispensary plus a Bernardston cultivation facility. The retailer’s current Hadley page says indoor sales now include both recreational and medical categories. Together, those sources trace the public description from a proposed medical-only start to a two-category storefront with a reported community-market appearance.

The retailer says shoppers may order online or walk in, and it lists cash, debit, CanPay and an on-site ATM. Google currently lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance and wheelchair-accessible parking; it also lists neither curbside pickup nor delivery. Because these details can change, verify them before visiting.
