The City Council had already granted a special permit that April, while the parcel’s zoning change still awaited council approval. By June 2021, MMJDaily described the Chicopee operation as having conducted medical cannabis business since 2018 and expanded to retail sales in 2019, with cultivation and production at the same site. That sequence gives shoppers a concrete local history: the store developed from a reviewed medical-and-cultivation proposal into the combined operation later described by the publication.

The retailer’s Chicopee medical page lists flower, tinctures, and topicals among the cannabis product categories it says it offers.
