By November 2024, MMJDaily reported that medical marijuana had been sold at the Hull address for roughly two and a half years. The publication also reported that the Select Board unanimously agreed to enter a Host Community Agreement for the company to add retail marijuana sales, with the agreement still to be negotiated by town counsel. The reports trace the address from a proposed medical site in a former coffee shop to a later bid to broaden sales.
